Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, the employee whose personal data is processed by the Company may apply to NSL Packaging Limited to request the following:

  • Learning whether personal data is being processed.
  • Requesting information if personal data has been processed.
  • Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose.
  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad.
  • Requesting correction if personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and notifying third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred regarding the correction.
  • Requesting the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of personal data in case the reasons requiring its processing disappear, and notifying third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred regarding the correction.
  • Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the individual as a result of analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems.
  • Requesting compensation if personal data is damaged due to being processed unlawfully.
